The 88th Textile Institute World Conference 2012

The Textile Institute is delighted to announce that Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, Malaysia will be hosting our next World Conference. UiTM is the only institution of higher learning in Malaysia that offers Textile Technology programmes in the Faculty of Applied Sciences with a number of programmes being accredited by The Textile Institute. For this event the Faculty of Applied Sciences will join forces with the Department of Textile & Fashion Design from the Faculty of Art & Design to represent the broad range of textiles courses available at the university.
The Textile Institute and UiTM hope this event will provide the opportunity for many of our international members, who were unable to join us in Manchester in 2010, to take part in this prestigious event. Presentations from industry and education are invited providing an international platform for information exchange and networking.
